Wedding Filmmakers T&C


This Agreement is by and between “Wedding Filmmakers” and “Client” which includes the Client’s employees and representatives. Client agrees that it has the legal authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of its employer, company or organisation. Photographer’s relationship with Client is that of an independent contractor.


“Image(s)” means all visual representations furnished to Client by Photographer, whether captured, delivered, or stored, in photographic, magnetic, optical, electronic, digital, analog, or any other media.

Things to keep in mind before making a booking


01. CANCELLATIONS or POSTPONEMENT

In case of postpone of the wedding or the event:

1.1) Postpone prior 40 days from the event, the complete amount will be carried forward to the next date.

1.2) Postpone within 40 days from the event, might cost you 10 % additional expenses of the bill amount.

1.3)Postpone within 7 days from the event, might cost you 15 % additional expenses of the bill amount.

1.4)Postpone within 48 hrs from the event, might cost you 20 % additional expenses of the bill amount.

1.5) Cancellation of the event will cost you 35% of the bill amount whichever is minimum before 40 days.

1.6)Cancellation of the event will cost you 50% of the bill amount whichever is minimum within 40 days.

1.7)Cancellation of the event will cost you 75% of the bill amount whichever is minimum within 2 days.

1.8)Cancellation of the event will cost you 90% of the bill amount whichever is minimum within 24hrs..

1.9)When Client, its assigns, or employees, postpones or cancels an assignment, or is unable to reschedule said assignment to a time and date agreeable to Wedding Filmmakers, Client will be responsible for payment of any and all expenses up to the time of postponement or cancellation.

1.10) Fees for cancellations and postponements will apply irrespective of the reasons for them, specifically including, but not limited to, weather conditions, Act of God, or the fault of a third party.



02. PAYMENT TERMS

Client(s) agrees to pay as per the selected(by client) payment module (only one) for their assignment signed between him and the Wedding Filmmakers.(*In case of pending payment with the due date, Deliveries, Editing & Printing will be on hold)


Payment modules are as below

2.1 One time complete payment

2.2 Part Payments(50%-50%)

2.3 EMI payment for Six months(10% Additional charges apply)


2.1 One time complete payment

2.1.1 A non-refundable booking fee or 35% of the package price whichever will be minimum will confirm your booking, as well as full acceptance of the terms and conditions as published on the Wedding Filmmakers website. The booking fee will be deducted from the cost of the client’s chosen package when calculating the final balance due.

2.1.2 Payment module will be a full 100% amount in advance within 15 days of booking date (inclusive of the booking fee).


2.2 Part Payment(50%-50%)

2.2.1 A non-refundable booking fee 35% of the package price whichever will be minimum will confirm your booking, as well as full acceptance of the terms and conditions as published on the Wedding Filmmakers website. The booking fee will be deducted from the cost of the client’s chosen package when calculating the final balance due.

2.2.2 Payment module will be half i.e. 50% of the total amount in advance within 15 days of booking date (inclusive of the booking fee).

2.2.3 Remaining half i.e. 50% of the total amount at the time of Event.


2.3 EMI Payment for Six months(10%Additional charges apply)

2.3.1 EMI payment module is applicable only for assignment(s) falling in criteria.

2.3.2 An additional amount of 10% of the package price will be added to bill and total(package price + 10% of package price ) will be the final amount payable by the client(s).

2.3.3 A non-refundable booking fee or 35% of the package price whichever will be minimum will confirm your booking, as well as full acceptance of the terms and conditions as published on the Wedding Filmmakers website. The booking fee will be deducted from the cost of the client’s chosen package when calculating the final balance due.

2.3.4 Payment module will be a monthly payment basis from the booking date. The monthly amount payable will be shared by our executive on the basis of package finalised (inclusive of the additional charges & booking fee)

2.3.5 First EMI will be started from next month to the booking month.

2.3.6 The due date will be 5th of every month, and redemption of 3 days from due date.

2.3.7 If the client did not make the payment till 8th of every month, then 0.5%/day of billing amount will be charged as late payment fee. And late payment fee can’t be waived off in any conditions.

2.3.8 In this module deliveries of photos & videos will be completed, only when all the due EMI payment and charges are cleared.



03. DELIVERY TIMELINE

3.1) Couples will get a set of pictures within 15 days from the shoot.

3.2) RAW photos will be delivered within 30 days from the shoot for selection.

3.3) Edited Photos, Digital Album will be delivered within 60 days after selection is confirmed by clients.

3.4) Edited Videos will be delivered within 90 to 120 days from the shoot.

3.5) Couple needs to provide a Hard Drive for the collection of RAW data, the agency will not be liable for any kind of DATA LOSS after 6 months from the shoot date.



04. DELIVERABLES

4.1 Processed pictures or Edited Pictures.

4.2 Photos Selection & Album Printing

4.3 Cinematic & Traditional films:


4.1 Processed pictures or Edited Pictures.

4.1.1 Client accepts that all photographs have been taken and edited at our discretion because of  experience and artistic view. If the client has special requests shall create a “shot list” of all shots that they require.

4.1.2 After receiving processed pictures, the client needs to inform for any pictures’ re-editing or extra pictures editing requirements within 14 days from the date of receiving processed pictures.

4.1.3 Extra basic charges will be applicable in case any pictures’ re-editing or extra pictures editing requirement is shared after 14 days of the time period.

4.1.4 Charges will be applicable as per rework requirement and projects’ scale.

4.1.5 We are providing only a one-time rework facility in photo processing. Hence re-editing or extra pictures editing requirement to be shared completely at once only.

4.1.6 All deliverable images as per contract will have standard image editing (including: light skin retouch, light and colour adjustments). Any extra edits requested by the client will cost the client 500rs per image. extra image adjustments include (change the size of the body or parts of the body, replace parts of the body from another image, change the colour of parts of the body, extra skin retouch, replace or swap background). It is also understood that unless hair and makeup is included in the contract, Wedding Filmmakers are not responsible to fix hair or skin, or makeup problems.

4.1.7 Further deliveries will be delayed in case of delayed response from the client.

4.1.8 Once the final delivery is confirmed and completed, No extra requirements will be served without payment.


4.2 Photos Selection & Album Printing

4.2.1 Pictures selection for album printing to be completed and shared with us within 14 days from the date of receiving selection invite through the mail.

4.2.2 After receiving an album proofing invite through the mail, the client needs to provide feedback for any modifications in album threads and confirmation for album printing within seven days from the date of album proof opening.

4.2.3 We are providing only a one-time rework facility in album design processing, Hence modifications in album threads to be shared completely at once only.

4.2.4 Further deliveries will be delayed in case of delayed response from the client.

4.2.5 Once the final delivery is confirmed and completed, No extra requirements will be served without payment.


4.3 Cinematic & Traditional films:

We don't share the RAW files of videos.


4.3.1 Cinematic Film:

4.3.1.1 Client needs to provide feedback on the list of songs shared through mail or his/her choice of songs within 24hrs of receiving the song list else we will be proceeding with the same songs in a cinematic film.

4.3.1.2 After receiving a draft cinematic video, the client needs to provide feedback for modifications or confirmation for final delivery within seven days from the date of receiving the draft cinematic video.

4.3.1.3 We are providing only two times rework facility in cinematic film processing, Hence feedback on draft cinematic video modifications to be shared carefully.

4.3.1.4 Extra basic charges will be applicable in case of third time or any further modification requirement shared in the draft cinematic video.

4.3.1.5 Extra charges will be applicable as per rework requirement and increment in the length of video timeline on the basis of per minute (/min).

4.3.1.6 In case of no feedback received on draft cinematic video within seven days, the shared draft cinematic video will be considered for processing final delivery of cinematic films.

4.3.1.7 Further deliveries will be delayed in case of delayed response from the client.

4.3.1.8 Once final delivery is confirmed and completed, No extra requirements will be served without payment.


4.3.2 Traditional Film:

4.3.2.1 After receiving a full length/traditional wedding film, the client needs to provide feedback for modifications or confirmation for final delivery within seven days from the date of receiving full length/traditional wedding film.

4.3.2.2 We are providing only a one-time rework facility in full length/traditional wedding film processing. Hence feedback on full length/traditional wedding film modifications to be shared carefully and completely at once.

4.3.2.3 Extra basic charges will be applicable in case of second time or any further modification requirement in full length/traditional wedding film.

4.3.2.4 In case of no feedback received on full-length wedding film within seven days, shared full length/traditional wedding film will be considered for processing final delivery.

4.3.2.5 Further deliveries will be delayed in case of delayed response from the client.

4.3.2.6 Once final delivery is confirmed and completed, No extra requirements will be served without payment.


4.4 e-Invitation

4.4.1 e-Invitation link will not be available after fifteen days of the event.



05. COPYRIGHT

5.1 The Agency retains the entire copyright on the Photographs, Films and other works at all times, throughout the world.

5.2 Where reproduction of works has taken place without informing the agency (Wedding Filmmakers) and settlement has not been made, the Agency will make such charges to the publisher of those images/films as falls within the Copyright Act 1957.

5.3 As the agency holds the complete copyright to the Photos & Videos, it can be used on our website & social media platforms for promotional purposes.

5.4 The client(s) hereby allow(s) the photographer – Wedding Filmmakers6. COMPLAINTS

Any complaints must be received in writing within seven days of receipt of products purchased. This includes photographs, USB, albums, frames and any other special services that have been agreed.

 to display any photograph covered by this contract and to generally promote the business in advertising, brochures, magazine articles, social media, websites, blogs, sample albums and prints, venue and other vendor samples, and other such material, providing that the images used are used lawfully and without damage to the client(s).



06. CREATIVE LICENCE AND COVERAGE 

6.1 Photographs taken during the course of the event will be at the discretion of the photographer although every effort will be made to comply with the client’s requirements.

6.2 Special requests are not binding instructions, although every effort is made to comply with the client’s wishes. The Photographer(s) will do their best to honour the requested photographs but do not undertake to guarantee any specific picture nor incorporate any specific background, location or group arrangements due to changes in weather and the availability and willingness of subjects.

6.3 For a booking involving a ceremony at the church, temple, religious places or at certain venues, the photographer’s movements are sometimes restricted by the official in charge(venue/place). The area from which the photographer is able to cover the ceremony may not be the photographer’s choice and the photographer cannot accept responsibility for any obstructed view should this be the case.

6.4 Due to a variety of lighting conditions and the limitations of digital sensors, some colours may alter throughout a set of photographs.

6.5 Although all equipment is checked regularly and reasonable steps are taken to ensure backup equipment is available, the photographer will not be responsible for photographs that are not produced due to technical failure.



07. ON THE DAY

7.1 The photographer will be the sole professional (still) photographer at the venues specified. The photographer does however positively encourage family, friends and other guests to take photographs throughout the day.

7.2 The photographer will not take photos during the wedding breakfast and will use this time to take a break. A meal is not a requirement, however, one would be greatly appreciated.

7.3 The photographer will stay to photograph before starting the first ceremony & stays 1 more hr extra form the decided time. Any photography following this time will be at the discretion of the photographer or if expressly agreed in writing beforehand.



08. FAILURE TO PERFORM

8.1 If a Photographer is unable to supply his photographic services due to illness, mechanical breakdown, accident, Act of God, or any other cause beyond his control, then Photographer will attempt to procure the services of another professional photographer to fulfil his obligations. If that does not succeed, Photographer will return a nominal fee that suits their service and will have no further liability with respect to this Agreement, and Photographer will not be responsible or liable for any other damages beyond the amount of this Agreement.

8.2 This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer. In the event the Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, the Photographer shall not be liable for any amount in excess of the retail value of the Client’s order.



09. GALLERY ACCESS

9.1 Once the online gallery is ready and delivered by the Wedding Filmmakers, Clients will only be able to view the online gallery.

9.2 Client(s) will be able to download pictures from online galleries only after paying pending dues.

9.3 Wedding Filmmakers can disable clients’ online gallery or revoke access to deliverables shared via any means of storage or web links at any point of time in case of no payment received or delay in payment of pending dues(One-time/Part-time/Emi payments).

9.4 Offline data deliveries or downloads links will only be provided after complete payment clearance.

9.5 Online gallery access is provided free only for twelve months, the Client needs to pay for online gallery subscription once the free time period of twelve months is over.

9.6 The Wedding Filmmakers may disable clients’ online gallery or revoke access in case of no payment of online gallery subscription charges.



10. TEMPORARY FREEZE OF ASSIGNMENT

10.1 If the client(s) stops responding on payment reminders or is not able to pay on agreed dates or delays the payment, his project status will be changed from running to temporary frozen until the further response from client’s end.

10.2 Wedding Filmmakers can hold all the processing of assignments on a frozen project.

10.3 Wedding Filmmakers can disable clients’ online gallery or revoke access to deliverables shared via any means of storage or web links on a frozen project.

10.4 Project process will only be started after paying pending dues by the client(s).


11. ARCHIVING DIGITAL FILES

11.1 While Wedding Filmmakers may choose to archive the Image(s), it is the Client’s responsibility to properly store and archive the Image(s) for the duration of the term of the licence. Wedding Filmmakers cannot guarantee the availability of any Image(s) beyond the date of first delivery to Client.

11.2 A client is aware that optical, magnetic, electronic, and any other media for storing digital data are inherently unstable. Client hereby releases Photographer and his assigns, contractors, and representatives, from any liability for any claims, damages, or costs, arising from any media supplied by Photographer becoming unusable.

11.3 If the Client requests copies of previous work from Wedding Filmmakers archives there will be a ten percent (10%) fee for furnishing them to the Client. If no archive exists, the photographer will not be held liable.


12. DIGITAL FILE QUALITY

12.1 Wedding Filmmakers  is committed to providing high-quality services. Unless otherwise specified, Photographer may deliver, and Client agrees to accept, the Image(s) encoded in an industry-standard data format that Photographer may select, at a resolution that Photographer determines will be suitable to the subject matter of the Image(s) and the reproduction technology and use(s) for which the Image(s) is licensed.

12.2 Due to variances in monitor calibrations, software, and computer platforms, digital files may display differently on different monitors. Therefore, neutrals will be set for mathematical neutrality and colour will be adjusted for pleasing tonalities.

12.3 It is the Client's responsibility to verify that the digital data, including colour profile, if provided, are suitable for reproduction of the expected quality and colour accuracy, and that all necessary steps are taken to ensure correct reproduction. 


13. PRINT QUALITY

15.1 The Wedding Filmmakers are committed to using high-quality products. However, clients are aware that colour dyes, toners, inks, and other materials, used in photography may fade or discolour over time. As such, Client releases Photographer and his assigns, contractors, and representatives, from any liability for any claims, damages, or costs, arising from any fading or discolouration of any photographic prints.


14. ELECTRICITY OUTLET AND PLACE FOR EQUIPMENT

14.15amp/220-230 volts has to be provided at the reception ceremony location along with a 4’x2’-table to set up our audio recording devices and laptops.



15.LIABILITY CLAUSE

15.1 It is the client's responsibility to take care of the children; Wedding Filmmaker’s will not accept any responsibility due to any accident to children or damage to public or private properties during the photo shooting or consultation session.

15.2 It is understood that no other photographer, amateur or professional, shall be allowed to photograph at the venue (wedding, portrait, family photography , etc.) while Wedding Filmmaker’s is working, and that any breach of this agreement will constitute a reason for non-completion of the job with no liability to the Photographer and loss of initial deposit by the client.

15.3 The photographer(s) will be allowed one 20 minute break at their own discretion, and bathroom breaks when necessary. Each photographer will be provided a full guest meal for any photography session. If no meal is provided, the photographer(s) reserves the right to go off-site for a meal for 60 minutes.

15.4 It is understood that it is the client's responsibility to inform the Photographer by email for any date or location changes (including but not limited to wedding dates, baby delivery for birth or hospital photography).Wedding Filmmaker’s is not liable for any claims for messages sent by mobile text messages or social network websites.

15.5 Photo Cooperation: In the event that the family/guests are taking photos,Wedding Filmmaker’s are not responsible for obstructed photos or photos ruined due to separate flashes going off or due to any other behaviour from guests. Forever ours Photographers are not responsible for obstructed or ruined photos due to activities by other vendors and venue staff.

15.6 All the communications with the Photographer or the Studio shall be made in English and in Writing (Mail or Email).

15.7 Where extra expenses or times are incurred by the Photographer as a result of alterations to the original brief by the Client(s), or otherwise. The Client shall give approval to and be liable to such extra expenses or fees, in addition to the fees and expenses shown on the Estimate as having been agreed or estimated.



16. JURISDICTION

16.1 In case of any legal proceedings initiated by the client or the photographer. It is always easier to pursue such things in your city rather than travelling each and every time to some other city. This is a very rare scenario but it is always good to have.



17. COMPLAINTS

17.1 Any complaints must be received in writing within seven days of receipt of products purchased. This includes photographs, USB, albums, frames and any other special services that have been agreed.



18. TRAVEL & ACCOMMODATION FOR THE TEAM WILL BE ARRANGED BY THE CLIENT FOR OUTSTATIONS.

18.1 If the Wedding Venue is out of Delhi(NCR) then clients have to arrange Travel & accommodation for every member of the team. Or Wedding Filmmakers can arrange by themselves but in the end of the event we will provide bills of travel and accommodation to the client to make it clear. Also can be added in the invoice Package.


19. MEALS FOR THE TEAM WILL BE ARRANGED BY THE CLIENT, ELSE THE TEAM NEEDS A BREAK BETWEEN THE SHOOT FOR THE LUNCH & DINNER

19.1 A meal/lunch is much appreciated please, often it is hard to be able to get a chance to get food and going off site is not always possible (this is not usually taken with your guests as the photographer has important duties to perform during this period). Where coverage includes up to mid-evening then a second light meal should be available. The photographer will take a short break and eat away from guests. Where coverage has been agreed to include a photographer's assistant then the same conditions apply for this individual. NOTE:  If no meal is provided, the photographer(s) reserves the right to go off-site for a meal for 60 minutes.


20. BY PAYING THE DEPOSIT YOU ARE SECURING THE DATE YOU HAVE REQUESTED AND AGREEING TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

20.1 A client may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any rights granted under it. This Agreement binds Client and inures to the benefit of Photographer, as well as their respective principals, employees, agents, affiliates, heirs, legal representatives, successors, and assigns. Client and its principals, employees, agents, and affiliates, are jointly and severally liable for the performance of all payments and other obligations hereunder.

20.2 No amendment or waiver of any items is binding unless set forth in writing and signed by the parties. E-mail and electronic signatures will be considered legal and binding. However, the invoice may reflect, and Client is bound by, Client’s oral authorizations for any additional Image(s), fees, and expenses, that could not be confirmed in writing due to the immediate proximity of completing the assignment.

20.3 If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason is unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

20.4 In addition to oral and written agreements, use of any Image(s) by Client will constitute acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.


 We welcome your ideas in your film, so please share your suggestions in advance or valuable feedback within 3 days after delivery.






 

Couple Shoot T&C



1. Customizable Theme Shoot:

  • 1.1 Communication & Collaboration:

    • For a customizable theme shoot, the client must communicate their ideas clearly and share them during the pre-shoot consultation. We will create a mood board to bring your vision to life, but your 100% support (in terms of props, location, timing, etc.) is required for the success of the shoot.

    • The client must ensure all necessary permissions are obtained for the chosen location. In the event the location authority denies shooting, the client may switch to nearby alternatives.

    • Instant discount of 1000 rs on advance payment is not applicable on this service.


2. Session Details:

  • 1.1 Fixed Session Timing:

    • The session includes a slot of up to 4 hours of shooting time. Additional hours are available at an extra cost of [₹1,499] per hour.

    • Ensure our availability on your desired date before confirming the booking.



3. Booking and Payment:

  • 1.1 Booking Confirmation:

    • A non-refundable booking fee of [50%] of the total package price is required to secure your session date. The booking fee will be deducted from the final package cost.

    • The session date is not confirmed until the booking fee is received and the client has received a written confirmation.

  • 1.2 Payment Schedule:

    • The remaining balance or due must be cleared within [3] days from the shoot date. Payment can be made via [list payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, UPI, Cash, etc.].

    • Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of the deliverables and forfeiture of the booking fee.

  • 1.3 Late Payments:

    • Late payments may incur a penalty of [500rs] per day. If the payment is not made within [2] days of the due date, we reserve the right to take legal action.



4. Location & Legal Formalities:

  • Clients can choose any two unpaid locations from the provided list. Locations outside this list or additional locations may incur extra charges.

  • It is the client's responsibility to obtain any necessary permissions or permits for the chosen shoot locations.

  • Free locations are typically public places. If any legal formalities arise, the client will be involved in resolving them.

  • If there are entry fees, fines, or additional charges by the location authority for camera and lighting gear, the client is responsible for covering these costs.

  • In cases of extra travel, the client must accommodate the team.



5. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • 1.1 Client Cancellation:

    • If the client cancels the shoot, the booking fee is non-refundable. Cancellations made within [3] days of the shoot date will incur an additional charge of [10%] of the total package price.

  • 1.2 Rescheduling by Client:

    • Clients may reschedule their session once without penalty, provided they give at least [10] days' notice, if the slot is available. Additional rescheduling will incur a fee of [20%] of the package price.

  • 1.3 Cancellation by Photographer:

    • In the unlikely event that the photographer has to cancel the shoot due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the booking fee will be provided, or the session will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed time.

  • 1.4 Force Majeure:

    • Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of acts of nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, heavily rain or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities, civil war, rebellion, or other events beyond the control of the parties.




6. Image Delivery and Editing:

  • 1.1 Number of Images:

    • The package includes 50 edited images (15 master edited and 35 general edited). All RAW and JPEG files (more than 200) will also be shared with the client.

  • 1.2 Image Delivery:

    • All RAW and edited images will be delivered via Google Drive or a similar open server. We will endeavor to store your data for one month; however, clients are advised to take two backups of their data.

  • 1.3 Delivery Timeline:

    • All RAW & JPEG images will be delivered within 7 days of the shoot. The final edited delivery will be provided within 15 days, after receiving selected images through [a downloadable link/USB/other methods].

  • 1.4 Image Selection:

    • Clients must select their 50 images (35 general edited, 15 master edited) within 3 days of receiving the raw files. Only one round of editing and delivery is included in the package. Additional corrections will incur extra charges.

  • 1.5 Editing Style:

    • Editing will be done in the photographer’s style, as seen in the portfolio. Specific editing requests must be made before the shoot. Major changes after delivery may incur additional charges.

    • 15 photos will receive master editing, while 35 will be generally edited. Any extensive editing requests beyond this will be charged separately.

  • 1.6 Revisions:

    • Minor revisions to edited images are included in the package. Extensive editing or additional revisions may be charged at [250 rs] per image.



7. Pre-Shoot Consultation:

  • 5.1 Dress & Makeup Consultation:

    • Clients are encouraged to participate in a pre-shoot consultation for dress, makeup, and other preparations. This consultation will help align your vision with the shoot.

  • 5.2 Pose Selection:

    • Poses will be finalized according to the client’s body language. We will share a pose book, and clients are requested to select a minimum of 25 poses from previous shoots to guide the session.

  • 5.3 Client Cooperation:

    • For a successful shoot, full cooperation with the photographer’s direction is essential.


8. Additional Services:

  • 1.1 Free Prints:

    • The package includes  5 free prints of (A3 size, GSM 250/300) and clients can customize any size that can fit in it, Also can add their images for collage print . Delivery charges will apply based on the client’s location, We manage delivery via Uber package service from Noida Sec-10. Prints  will be also delivered with final edited images.

  • 1.2 Bonus Reels:

    • The package includes 1 photo reel and 1 video reel. Additional video reels are chargeable 999 rs/ reel. Reels will be also delivered with final edited images. 

  • 1.3  Countdown & Save the Date Images:

    • If requested at the time of booking, a 3-day countdown image and 1 Save the Date image will be provided. But delivered with final edited images.

  • 1.4  Props and Outfits:

    • Five free props will be provided by the photographer. Additional props or special requests may incur extra costs.

    • Clients are responsible for their outfits and makeup unless specified in the package. The photographer will provide a pre-shoot consultation to assist with these choices.



9. Add-On Services:

  • 1.1 4k Cinematic Music Video:

    • 4k Cinematic beats music video upto 4-5mins. by dedicated prewedding expert cinematographer. The client must select the desired song at the time of booking. Addon charges 9,950 RS for a couple moment music video.

  • 1.2 Magazine Memories:

    • Customize Magazine of your best images with quotes of your love storytelling. The Magazine Memories add-on is available for ₹ 2,499 ,excluding delivery charges.

  • 1.3 Drone Service:

    • The optional drone service provides up to 10 additional images and 1 video reel with a flying time of 23 minutes. However, if the location authority prohibits drone usage, RS 2,999 the drone fee is non-refundable. 

  • 1.4 Add-On Booking:

    • All add-on services must be booked at the time of the initial booking. Customizations on the day of the shoot are not guaranteed.

  • 1.5 Extra 1 Hr Session:

    • Every hour after the 4 hrs slot, will be charged 1,499 Rs.



10. Copyright and Usage Rights:

  • 1.1 Photographer’s Rights:

    • All images taken during the shoot are the intellectual property of the photographer. The photographer retains the right to use these images for promotional purposes, portfolio, or any other legal use.

    • Clients may request that certain images not be used publicly; such requests must be made in writing before the shoot.

  • 1.2 Client’s Usage Rights:

    • The client is granted usage rights to the edited images for personal use only. This includes printing, sharing on social media, and other non-commercial uses.

    • The images cannot be used for commercial purposes, resale, or publication without the photographer’s written consent.




11. Refund Policy:

  • 1.1 100% Refund Guarantee:

    • The 100% refund guarantee applies only in the event that the photographer fails to deliver the services as described in the package, excluding circumstances outlined in the Force Majeure clause. Any Add-on services are not part of the refund policy.

    • Refund requests must be made in writing at the same day/ same time (within 30 mins) after the 4hrs slot  over. But the latter refund request can’t be raised.

    • We offer a 100% refund if you are not satisfied with the work. This guarantee applies only when dissatisfaction is communicated immediately during the shoot, and a feedback video is recorded before and after the shoot. We share a look of all images in camera screen after that you have to tell us your genuine feedback that we record in video if your like the work will proceed to delivery and if you don’t like your images let us know at that time only and say “we didn’t like the work & wanna refund back. ”. Clients will get their refund back guaranteed”.

    •  If you request a refund on the spot, no images or services will be delivered, and all rights to the captured media will remain with the photographer. Note: Add-on services and customized shoots are excluded from the refund policy.

    • We will refund your amount within 7 working days. (excluded bank holidays)





12. Client Responsibilities:

  • 1.1 Cooperation:

    • The success of the shoot depends on the cooperation of all parties. The photographer will not be responsible for missed images due to the client’s tardiness, lack of cooperation, or restrictions imposed by the location.

  • 1.2 Safety:

    • Clients are responsible for their own safety during the shoot. The photographer will take necessary precautions but will not be liable for any injuries or accidents.



13. Privacy and Confidentiality:

  • 1.1 Privacy:

    • The photographer will maintain the confidentiality of all personal information provided by the client. No personal data will be shared with third parties without the client’s consent.

  • 1.2 Confidentiality:

    • Any discussions, plans, or strategies shared by the client during the consultation process will be kept confidential by the photographer.



14. Dispute Resolution:

  • 1.1 Governing Law:

    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Delhi/INDIA].

  • 1.2 Dispute Resolution:

    • In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be referred to mediation or arbitration in [Delhi/INDIA].



15. Agreement:

  • 1.1 Acceptance:

    • By booking a session, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
